Steve Pratt Pest Control Ltd will use a Sustainable Integrated Pest Management System to achieve control to a Technically Feasible level.

This requires the client to implement recommendations regarding Hygiene, Proofing, Housekeeping, Environmental controls etc. to achieve and maintain control. It is essential for the customer and contractor to work closely together to achieve the desired results.

 

Steve Pratt Pest Control Ltd will provide a quotation of how many visits you will receive and over what time scale, This will include labour & materials.

 

The price quoted includes Vat.

 

Payments will be accepted using cash or approved cheque and or payment arrangement through our bank.

 

The invoice, must be paid as per the terms written on the invoice.

If the terms of the invoice are not adhered to, Steve Pratt Pest Control Ltd reserves the right to engage a debt collection agency to recover any monies owed.

All costs associated with the recovery will be charged to the customer.

​​

The visits will consist of detailed inspections and treatment as considered necessary. If bait stations/monitors are placed the client must take every precaution to exclude animals, children and any unauthorised person from accessing them. A Pest Control file will be provided containing: Pest Control Reports, Health & Safety Information, Product Safety Data, Etc.

If Steve Pratt Pest Control Ltd is prevented or delayed in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, then Steve Pratt Pest Control Ltd shall be excused the performance or the punctual performance of the Services as the case may be for so long as such cause of prevention or delay shall continue.

All this information is Commercial in Confidence and should not be communicated to anyone outside of the agreement.

​

The operative will report to your designated person on commencement of the visit and will require the report to be read and signed at the end of the first visit by an authorised person.
